Kalmar Properties
A bilingual site for a boutique property advisory in Sotogrande, built around the listings. In development.
[01] The Challenge
Kalmar Properties buys, sells and advises on high-end homes in Sotogrande for a largely international clientele. The site has to feel as discreet and considered as the service itself, and work equally well for a buyer browsing from abroad and a local owner thinking about selling.
[02] The Approach
AEMEDIA designed the site in Spanish and English from the start, with three clear routes (buy, sell, advisory), a property section where each listing leads with price, bedrooms, bathrooms and built area, and a journal for market insight and life in Sotogrande.

[03] The Solution
A dark, editorial layout that gives the photography room, with a private-consultation call to action and a direct WhatsApp line on every page.
[04] Outcome
This project is in progress: the site is in staging and the captures here are from the preview build.
