Oslo Homes

A dual-purpose site for a firm in the south of Spain that both builds and sells property.

[01] The Challenge

Oslo Homes runs two businesses under one name: a construction and renovation arm, and a real-estate brokerage. The site needed to represent both, completed building projects and active listings, without confusing either audience.

[02] The Approach

AEMEDIA built two parallel content structures on a single Next.js site: a Projects section for completed construction and renovation work (location, size, timeline, features), and a Properties section for listings (price, size, type, sale/rental status), each with its own presentation but a shared visual language.

[03] The Solution

The result reads as one company with two capabilities, not two disconnected businesses: construction work builds credibility for the brokerage side, and the listings give the construction arm a pipeline of future renovation clients.

[04] Outcome

Oslo Homes' site is live at oslohomes.es, serving both its construction and real-estate arms from the south of Spain.
